This postcard is dated 1940 and shows Babcock State Park which is located in Fayette County in south central West Virginia. With over 4,000 acres of beautiful wooded countryside and streams, it is a beautiful state resource for people to enjoy which offer visitors a wide range of recreational activities, including hiking, backpacking, mountain climbing, horseback riding, camping, boating, fishing, sightseeing, white-water rafting, snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing.
